Ledra Properties Ltd, ('Ledra') was incorporated in 2000 as a property investment company, concentrating exclusively in investments within the 16th century venetian walls circulating the old town of Nicosia City. Since 2000 Ledra has achieved to create a significant portfolio in size of all types of properties (houses, flats, offices, shops, entertainment).

Since 2007 Ledra has commenced refurbishment and renovation work to a large number of properties with the aim of renting them out to young professionals for both their housing and professional needs. Ledra provides furnished and unfurnished accommodation for both long and short term requirements. A number of buildings have also been renovated and rented out to Universities and colleges in Nicosia, either for student accommodation or teaching facilities.
